Contingent Workforce

Trends in the contingent workforce are relying on the economy. A contingent workforce can be a provisional group of workers who work for an organization over a non-permanent basis, also called freelancers, independent experts, temporary contract workers, independent contractors or maybe consultants. A knowledge-driven economy also plays a part in the growth in the employment of the contingent workforce because organizations rely more on the specific and specialist knowledge and skills.
