Request for proposal (RFP) can be a solicitation made often by using a bidding process, by a company or company thinking about procurement of some sort of commodity, service or maybe valuable asset, in order to potential suppliers in order to submit business recommendations. It is submitted early inside the procurement cycle, either for the preliminary study, or procurement stage.
