Collaboration is working together with others to do a task and to obtain shared goals. This is a recursive process where two or more people or organizations interact to realize propagated goals, this is greater than the intersection involving common goals observed in co-operative ventures, although a deep, collective determination to realize an identical objective for example, an endeavor that is creative in character by sharing expertise, learning and building consensus. Most effort requires leadership, although the form of leadership could be social within the decentralized and egalitarian collection.
