Civics is that the study of the good theoretical and sensible aspects of citizenship, its rights and duties; the duties of voters to every different as members of a political body and to the govt. It includes the study of civil law and civil code, and also the study of state paying attention to the role of voters as critical external factors within the operation and oversight of state.
