Bills of rights could be entrenched or unentrenched. An entrenched bills of rights are not modified or repealed with a country’s legislature by way of normal procedure, rather requiring a super majority or referendum; often it is part of a country’s constitution and for that reason subject to unique procedures applicable to constitutional amendments. A not entrenched bills of rights can be a normal statute law thus can be modified or repealed through the legislature at will.
