Organizational Socialization

Organizational socialization is the process by which an individual acquires the social knowledge and skills necessary to assume an organizational role. It is a dynamic process that occurs when an individual assumes a new or changing role within an organization. General socialization is also the field of psychology, which present as a background for the study of organizational socialization.
