The principle objective of this article is to know about artery disease. Any type of arterial disease is hazardous due to the death of organs by oxygen malnourishment. This can occur when there is a blockage in the artery. The most general artery disease in the Western world is hardening of the arteries. It is most usually caused by age but can also be predisposed by other factors as well, affecting the rate of progressive sickness. Hardening of the arteries is called arteriosclerosis.
