It is a broadly described annual report of Bengal Windsor Thermoplastics Limited in the year of 2016. During the year under review, The Company paid Taka. 10,311,169 to the national exchequer in the form of corporate income tax, customs duties, and value-added tax. During the financial year, The Company’s the net profit after tax of Tk. 1.99 Crore in 2014-15 increased to Tk. 2.11 Crore showing an increase of 6.29 percent.
The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to recommend @10% Cash Dividend subject to the approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. These financial statements are presented in Bangladesh Taka (Taka/Tk/BDT) which is the company’s functional currency. All financial information presented in Taka has been rounded off to the nearest Taka.
