It is a broadly described annual report of Fu-Wang Foods Limited in the year of 2015. During the year the company earned a net profit after tax of Tk. 11.00 Crore as against Tk. 5.97 Crore for the last year which is an increased to 84.36% and while turnover increased by 3.20%. During the year the company’s revenue increased by 3.20%, cost of Goods Sold decreased by 5.73%, Gross profit increased by 33.82%, net profit increased by 84.36% compared to last year.
Considering the overall financial position of the Company the Board of Directors has recommended @15% (Fifteen percent) stock dividend for all Shareholders for approval in the 19th Annual General Meeting. These financial statements are presented in Bangladesh Taka (Taka/Tk/BDT) which is the company’s functional currency. All financial information presented in Taka has been rounded off to the nearest Taka.
