The Board of Directors of the Company has recommended a Final Dividend of @80% (Rs. 8/- per share), Rs. 392 Crore, for the year 2008-09. An interim dividend of 90% (Rs. 9/- per share), Rs. 440 Crore, on the share capital of Rs. 490 Crore, has already been paid for the year 2008-09.
