This article focus to explain ways to Prevent Heat Injury. There are several types of heat injuries, all of which occur due to dehydration which is intensified when people embark on strenuous daytime activities. Dehydration is the major cause of all different types of heat injuries which will be prevented by drinking enough fluids to interchange those lost due to sweating. Heat injuries range from mild to severe; here are a few common types of injuries caused by the heat: Heat cramps, Heat syncope, Heat exhaustion and Heat stroke.
